1. Ion Orchard
2. Orchard Central
3. 313@Somerset
mom said okay. we shall hit them all!
my excitement before even leaving the house (;
so the movie taught me a little something about dance. although i am not a dancer of any sort, i think dance is like a violent gentleness. a gentle violence.
like their 'protest art' concept.
it's like they said. it is a way of being heard without having to scream. like how a picture paints a thousand words. well. it is a freedom of expression, in a way.
that aside, i really like the DJ! she's so cool.
walked to Ion Orchard afterwards, and the scenery at Orchard Road was actually real nice. i like how Warlock Place was shaped like a Christmas tree.
bumped into a shop that sold notebooks named Kikki.K before making way to.... {prologue} !!! got another book for myself, called The Invisible Circus, set in 1978.
walked to 313@Somerset next, where i searched for the Typo which my schoolmate had told me about. i loved it!
alas, the sale which she mentioned was over, the 3 notebooks for $10 promo. i got so sad when the salesperson said that, and guess what? he decided to give me a 50% discount off whatever i buy. i was so happy like hell!
i had a hard time choosing cause they were all so beautiful, but i finally settled for three.
and in the end, instead of the 3 for $10 which i had came for, i got 3 for $8. most awesome salesdude ever!
so i'm talking to that schoolmate of mine on Twitter now. truth be told i don't really know what her name is. but damn! she has the love for notebooks too! (': gotta looove notebook-loving people.
