Rubynoia!!! [more Ruby updates]

i'm currently training my Fighting-type Pokemon so we can defeat Norman. we've lost against him about three times already. his Pokemon may be a weaker type compared to my Machop and Makuhita, but it doesn't help that they are all almost 10 levels stronger than mine.

i've caught a Trapinch! i'm gonna train it to be the strongest Flygon ever. other updates include a Graveler and Pelipper which i had evolved from Geodude and Wingull after training them in order to defeat Flannery.

another great dubstep remix of a Pokemon soundtrack. this one's a remix of the drought part. i'm not even there yet, though. that's Groudon by the way, since i'm playing Ruby.

i don't have many water Pokemon, i just realised, apart from my Pelliper. maybe because i don't have any rods to fish for any yet, and i don't have the HM for surf too. well that all shall happen once i defeat the Petalburg gym leader aka Norman aka my dad, bwahah!

gotta love both the mix and the picture. it's both Milotic and Gardevoir! oh and around 2:34, if you were to listen to headphones, there's this sound which makes it seem like someone's sharpening a knife around you. that gave me a heart attack!!!

you know, i don't really remember when was the last time i played Ruby on GBA. i mean, i know did play in secondary school, cause i remember trading Pokemon with a secondary schoolmate of mine.

but then again, there was also once when i was approached by this kid back in primary school, and was asked, "who's your favourite gym leader?" to which i answered, "Flannery.", who is a Hoenn gym leader.

get it? it seems strange. i don't remember when exactly i first played in the Hoenn region.

i'm actually quite scared to progress in the game. what if i met a legendary Pokemon and screwed up the battle with it? what if i didn't save before that and had to go search for it again? not to mention Latios, who changes location each time i make a move.

or worse, what if i defeated it and then accidentally saved after that?

oh, and what if i accidentally pressed the B button when a Pokemon is evolving? will it try to evolve again later or what? and what if i accidentally used a Master ball on a weak Pokemon?

knowing the daydreamer moron that i am, anything is possible. oh gosh what is this Rubynoia.

i just remembered that someone once taught me a cheat code for copying master balls. i don't remember anymore...

the ending of Walking Dead episode 2 was somewhat cool. the part where Lee had to choose between killing Andy [or was it Danny] and walking away.

the abandoned car segment made me wonder what PewDie would do if he had to choose between Clementine's and Kenny's lives somewhere in the game.

the game has a really nice story though. it's not only about the zombies, but about humanity too.

plus, watching PewDiePie play is like having two stories in one. the game itself and his love and hate relationships with the characters.

no school for me tomorrow (; cause there's no exam. i'm gonna do whatever the hell i want. though i'm feeling somewhat sick now, and i've no idea why. plus a toothache!

hey, you know something? the more i look at Charmeleon, the more i see an uncanny resemblance to the red tadpole. the way he frowned over his shoulder with his mouth open ajar like that.

Ruby updates.

i knew it, finding Pokemon Ruby online was a mistake.  i hadn't been doing any studying today, and instead have been shamelessly on the computer since the time when i got back.

a few updates though: my Ralts has evolved into Kirlia, and my Torchic into Combusken. hooray! i've made it to Fallabor, where i'm currently at, and already obtained three gym badges.

i also entered Combusken into a Cool Contest and he landed first place! bwahah.

i love how i've not seen the Pokemon for so long already, but when i'm seeing them for the first time i could name them like Ey it's xxx! you know, like a childhood friend you still recognise?

taking a break now, and i feel weird. i feel lost back here in the real world.

it's chemistry tomorrow, and then the day after, there's no school for me cause i've no exam on that day. have got an appointment in the evening, which i'm admittedly nervous about.

i walked in on my little bro eating apple pie and i am craving that right now.

A wild distraction appeared!

i fucking found Pokemon Ruby online. 40 minutes into the game and i've already caught a Zigzagoon, Wurmple, Wingull and a RALTS, in addition to the Torchic which i had chosen at the beginning, muahahah.

a RALTS!! lucky me. she's gonna grow up to be the most beautiful Gardevoir in the world.

i am so gonna fail my remaining exams. this is a horribly wonderful distraction. but damn am i having fun. and anyway i did study for my Geog the whole morning and earlier in the day.

by the way, my character's name is 109 {:

Randomery.

i heard this song over the radio yesterday, and i quite like it and its meaning. well what i think is its meaning, anyway. the chorus especially.

i like the line "i left the keys under a mat too out front". meaning to say that anyone has a chance of finding those keys and going into the house? that although she wants him to come home, someone else comes opening the door instead?

i've been through that myself too, if you remember. (; douchebags.

a little wonder. if Pokemon are like the animals of the Pokemon world, then what do the humans eat? is Torchic and Combusken the chicken of that world, and Magikarp and Goldeen the fish? stuff like that?

what about the meat they eat, did that come from Pokemon too? if the milk and cheese and all the dairy comes from the Miltank i guess that's fine, but the meat!?

and speaking of dairy, have you watched PewDie's latest Walking Dead videos? gotta love that song at 10:20. it's freaking stuck in my head.

it's almost half past 4, was that quick or what? i don't remember what i've been doing the whole day, believe it or not. i could have sworn it was just noon.

better go grab something to eat, right? and damn. yes, i haven't showered yet either!

I'm back.

my trip to KL was full of long car rides. and i extremely dislike long car rides.

i had my white tiger with me, though! so i was still happy, and he really liked the scenery, too. although his facial expression was as stoic as ever, i know he was happy.

just look at him, he's like O god help me. man i love this tiger to bits.

anyway, on arrival in JB, we went to have a little supper at this eatery that had wondefully delicious cheese naan. i really loved it!

there came a pregnant black cat whom i gave a little bit of chicken to. i ended up giving her more than what i ate for myself, cause she was practically begging me! she had these huge round eyes that she used on me.

we made our way back to my uncle's place where my granny was at, my dear granny!

the next morning which was Saturday, we all left at 7 to make our way to KL for the wedding.

i seem to have a thing for taking pictures of silhouettes.

we stocked up on snacks [me] and gas first before starting the journey. it started off fine but halfway through i got really moody and all.

i also slept a lot. and it did help that we got lost on our way there so i could sleep for the while longer. i couldn't help it, it was my nap-time. [12 noon-1pm]

that wedding had the best rendang daging ever.

Mel and Muz were there, but i didn't see Mai anywhere, so i asked. her dad said she had a tummy ache, damn. i was looking forward to seeing her.

these are all my second cousins, by the way. a few of them asked me how old i was and were so shocked to know i was only seventeen. "you are so tall!" they kept saying.

back at my grandaunt's place in JB around fifteen minutes to midnight, there came a little black kitty who appeared out of nowhere.

he was tiny, and completely black, which is considered pretty rare. [i read that all black cats were annihilated in the past cause they were accused of witchery and stuff] even the pregnant black cat from the previous night had a white bib on her chest.

i thought he was deaf, cause he was unresponsive and seemed to not give a shit about any sound that was made.

the only thing he responded to was the love and care which i gave him. i cuddled him in my arms for quite some time while the adults were talking. he was such a good kitten.

when we were all packing the things into the car and stuff, he kept crossing the road to get to us. each time i carried him back to the house he lived in, he would crawl back out the gates and quietly stumble towards us.

he didn't really meow or make any sound at all.

he reminded me so much of myself. that even though there is a place he could call home, he still wants some attention and once someone shows it to him he would want to stick with that someone.

my grandaunt said that he gets abused at home.

so anyway, i woke up early this morning, had a nice cuppa milo before opening my school books again. back to reality, i guess. i'm having my Geog paper tomorrow, which is what i'm doing now, heh.

i really want to play Pokemon.

yupp, should really fuck up my blog pretty soon.

by the way, know who this girl is? so far i've only known her to be in the comics, with the name Green. she's so cool, though second to Sapphire from the Hoenn region, bwahah. [and when i say Sapphire, i mean Sapphire, not May]

i find the characters way better in the comics than in the anime. probably because i can at least imagine their voices and the way they speak and stuff. like in the anime, most of the characters are pretty annoying.

i miss this X_X maybe i should try searching for my Ruby cartridge again. i do have it you know, it just went missing. if i find it along with the charger... best.

gonna watch some PewDiePie now.

Like a Kirlia!

curretly in a car that is gonna bring me out of the country. ): i dont know how long i will be gone, but i won't be blogging for quite some time now.

i've got two new unread books with me, Miss Peregrine and Chicken Soup, as well as my diary with me. that's all the stuff that's with me now, while cammie and clothes are all at the back of the car. oh, and the black tadpole's hoodie is here too.

my white tiger had to be placed behind as well. he must be so uncomfortable there, but i had no choice, boohoo.

this ain't my family's car, by the way. it's mumsie's friend. i can't help eavesdropping on their conversation cause they've been laughing non-stop. i don't get the joke though.

this trip to Johor makes me reminisce my younger days at my uncle's house over there. in fact every trip does. wanna know a little story? i doubt i've told you guys this before.

so once upon a time my maternal granddad's niece got married. or was it nephew, i can't remember. we made our way to the wedding where all the relatives were there, including a few kids.

the ones whom i spent the most time with was this pair of brothers. i don't remember their names anymore, but the older one was a little plump and darker compared to the younger one, who was strikingly fair.

that particular wedding had many days to it, for some reason which i'm not sure of anymore. over the days i played with them a lot, cause we met on the very first day of the wedding.

during one of the last few days, i don't know what we were talking about but the younger one had told me that he wanted to marry me in the future. i literally jumped, this i remember.

there was this one time when the older brother was sleeping while his brother and i were talking nearby. the older woke up and started crying because he had a nightmare, and i remember comforting him, or trying to.

i was sitting at the edge of the bed or mattress [can't remember] that the older was lying on, when the younger came over and brought up the topic of marriage again.

"nanti kita kahwin, eh? kita kahwin tau!" i still remember that bloody expression of his when he said those exact words. i remember i rolled my eyes at him then.

ever since then i hadn't really met any of them anymore. there were many family events, so we probably did cross paths, but maybe none of us recognised one another.

oh, one more thing which i recall. the younger brother had told me to keep twirling myself around cause he liked the way my dress spun around me when i did that.

now that i think about it... like a Kirlia!

and he probably just wanted to look beneath my dress.

Oo i didnt know Kirlia was as beautiful as Gardevoir.

The colour red.

\
i completed The Night Circus earlier. to tell you the truth, i didn't understand most of the story. the chapters jump from date to date, so i probably got a little confused somewhere. i had to occasionally flip back through the pages to check the previous chapters' dates.

my suggestion is you pay attention to the dates at the beginning of every chapter. see, dates are very important.

what's my next book, you ask? well... although i'd already said i would read Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children after, i'm currently having a dilemma between that and The Prague Cemetery.

i've got an unexpected trip to Johor today. tonight, to be more specific. i dislike this. it'll be too dark to read, and i don't have anything to listen to music with. thus, i will end up thinking of things which i shouldn't.

and it makes me wish all the more that i have a PSP or a charger and Pokemon for my Game Boy.

alright, i gotta tell you how my day went. i stepped into the school gates with a gloomy face as always and someone called out, "hey, hey smile, smile, smile!!"

it was none other than Had Rafael, who added when i turned to him, "pagi-pagi senyuuum!" as annoying as he always gets, he's still a precious friend of mine.

next, i got a sweet sweet text from another friend of mine, which i saw before my first paper started. i had to smile when i saw it, it was just ultra sweet.

English was alright, but the Physics paper was difficult!!! it didn't help that i didn't properly bang on Physics during the holidays. goodness. and everyone else was talking about it too after the exam.

the other time when i went to Geylang with my mom, there came this Hari Raya song, and my mom told me she had a massive crush on the boy who sang it, when they were both little kids.

i wonder who sang the original Pokemon theme, too. it's like his voice is such a trademark already.

damn, i really love Pokemon so much. x.x i really wanna play them again, especially the games from the first generation/kanto region.

a little confession though. as much as i love Pokemon, i don't really like Ash or Pikachu. if you read the Pokemon Adventures comics [which i kinda doubt so] there's this character Red which i thought resembled Ash. but Red is better, bwahah.

he's more cool and less annoying, at least.

i stopped reading those Pokemon comics after i finished with the Hoenn region segment. i decided i couldn't stand Sinnoh after the first few episodes of Diamond and Pearl.

i think i should probably fuck up my blog pretty soon and install a Pokemon theme. what do you think? (;

wow, the colour red sure has all kinds of significance to it. in The Night Circus, the people in the circus had this sort of uniform where they can be totally decked out in shades of grey, and add a little dash of red, like a scarf. and now here we are talking about Red from Pokemon.

and then last and least, there is the red tadpole. who would forget the red tadpole.

i heard somewhere that the red colour may be the colour of life, but it can also be for death. i mentioned it once before too, i think? i had said that while blood flows in your veins, pumps into your heart and all that, it can also lead to your death, like too much loss, things like that.

fun fact: all my years of loving Pokemon, i have never tried to draw any apart from an Absol back in sec 1, and a Gardevoir and Kirlia gijinka just recently.

i might not be blogging for the next few days, i think. i hope you miss me, suckers.

MY WIND CHIMES, DAMMIT.

day by day, the madness just drives me insane. today my craziness was driven by my broken wind chimes.

i had told my brother to close the windows for me, and when he does, he somehow knocks the wind chimes off and they shatter to pieces. i hear that horrible sound from outside, and immediately rush into my room, yelling "What the fuck was that!?"

the sound of the broken jagged pieces sliding along one another is just too painful, and my brother's scared face does nothing but fuel my own fear. my wind chimes! my wind chimes from Langkawi...!

i stare at the pieces, not knowing what to say. i want to scream, but i know that will make things worse, because our older brother will come out of his room and add in his own tantrum in reaction to the noise. i decide to keep quiet, although i am boiling on the inside.

hear that shatter? it's not the wind chimes. it's my heart.

that's one thing that made me sad.

the other thing was when i was walking in EM while all the shops were closing. i caught sight of, guess what?

KITTENS. GOD-DAMN MOFO KITTENS. it's been a while since i saw any at EM. and dammit! two of them were white!!! pure white, apart from the brown ears. my goodness!!!

i stood there watching them from over the railings, occasionally calling out to them and smiling when they looked at me.

then i started crying. what's new. i noticed the kittens looking at me each time i sniffed, and then they would just stare at me. that drove me crazy. the more i looked at them the more i really, really wanted a kitten.

that's two.

now i'm trying to fix the pieces of the wind chime together. i ended up getting super glue on my hands, and now my fingers hurt when i bend them.

why has the past week been so difficult?

tomorrow's my Maths P2 Prelim paper. i have a premonition about that, in regards to my life.
____

some webcamwhore moments prior to the devastation. looking at my face then, who would have known what i was about to come into?

my apologies for the much unneeded overdose.
here's the last picture, with neither effect nor stupid face.

still feeling upset though, boohoo. sigh.

CONTAGIOUS PEWDIE LAUGHTER!

8:24 onwards, oh goodness!!! love his laughter! gotta loooove his laughter! XD and DAMN, that LOOK he gave her WAS funny!

i have never laughed this hard because of a video alone. i really sayang PewDiePie ah! and you know it's amazing when i use the word sayang. o goodness. i missed laughing so hard! thank you PewDie (':

Gratitude, or lack thereof.

after school i asked my mom what time she finished work because i thought of asking her out to dinner. she answered, and added that she was going to my aunt's place and do i want to follow.

so i said okay. after all it was her decision, you know?

but we both overslept and we ended up not going. by then it was late evening, and i decided to sneak out to get a cake instead. i made the effort and spent the money for her birthday, something which none of my brothers thought of doing.

yet she told me this: "i'm waiting for someone to invite me out to dinner. but nobody did. i'm so disappointed.", emphasis on the word. that was after she cut the cake.

i seem to disappoint her on her every birthday. is this a curse? even if i do please her, something else is able to make her feel happier.

like two years ago, when i woke up early in the morning to shop for her present. when i got home to give it to her, she was happy. before she excitedly told me how my older bro's girlfriend had been the first to wish her happy birthday.

i try my damndest every year but she's never appreciative for my efforts. they say we youngsters are not grateful for our parents. what about them? they don't seem appreciative of our efforts either.

Rekindled.

damn, i would really love to have these! who doesn't love the original Eeveelutions, right? although i have nothing against the others, like Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon and Glaceon. they make a happy family!

images can be reblogged from my tumblr @ 109blackaxes.tumblr.com (;

they're all like cats, aren't they? especially Espeon!

but my personal favourite is Vaporeon. she's just so special cause while she resembles a cat, she has a fish tail and has an affinity with water.

i love Pokemon. i have a special kind of love and affection for the Kantonese Pokemon although i still favour the Hoenn region. i can only think of the word "sayang" to represent my feelings for Kanto. i don't think there are any English words just as strong.

when i was going through Tumblr, each time i saw a picture of Red from Pallet Town with a Charmander or a Pidgey or a Nidoran. i feel this sting in my heart which makes me miss it, yet feel happy that Pokemon has grown so much since my Game Boy Colour days.

i don't know why, but Kanto Pokemon really unleashes the most emotions in me.

i'm gonna scour the whole of Singapore to search for cartridges soon. after prelims, maybe. oh, and a charger, cause i found my Game Boy Advanced but it wouldn't turn on because there's not much power. hohummie.

i have a thing for guys who love Pokemon, by the way. even more so if they love the same regions as i do! (;

had Social Studies and Malay P2 prelims today. i think i'm pretty screwed for the former, because i actually had time to sleep. i definitely missed out a lot things then.

and damn! today was chilly. it didn't help that i was feeling extremely sleepy the entire morning. got myself some food before heading back to the humble abode. afterwards... i slept!

woke up late evening, and went out to get a cake for mumsie, whose birthday is today. texted my bros to pay me money for the cake, to make it a "shared" gift. i got so pissed when they disregarded it.

it's like Hey, i said you can pay me any amount you like. it's not like i said must pay exactly one third of the price, you get what i mean? what's more i was the only one who made the effort although mumsie has obviously always shown concern for them more.

i'd like them to pay a little for the cake because i want to say to her that it was our effort and money. not mine alone.

yes, i need more MOC tees. [i currently have three, by the way, but the hot pink one is my favourite] i still have the fear of going to penin though, because of the ghosts.

today is the 11th of September, and it's been 11 years since the 9/11 tragedy. did you know that there were cats who survived this?

Sum 41 - Blood In My Eyes

"i'll leave it all behind, but i'm leaving with blood in my eyes."

did he know that this was exactly what he did, all those months ago? he's not here to wipe the tears in my eyes, but i'm not there to wipe the blood in his either.

yes i'm still not over it, but i'm trying. shut the fuck up.

Songs and sighs.

this cheered me up a little. Marzia's singing and Pewdie's face! lethal combo. couldn't help snickering away in the midst of my tears.

back to the solitude. granny's gone home to Guilley. i couldn't help crying, though i was really trying to hold back the tears when i watched her pack her things.

i've been alone all this while, and it just sucks to have the only company you have always had leaving you alone again.

here i am, typing this in the dark. it's dark outside my bedroom, too. i'm all alone. i'm used to this. but that doesn't mean it doesn't still upset me. "being able to survive it doesn't mean it's okay."

camwhored in my 4/2 bandanna before this emoing shit, my bad.

I wish.

Blue. Gijinka.

i love this Pokemon. although Gardevoir can be both gender, i find myself addressing Gardevoir as a she all the time. there's a male counterpart which is Gallade, which is from either Sinnoh or Unova region, i can't remember.

a Gardevoir lover is one who is truly passionate, and will stick with who she loves for as long as she can. she is not the Embrace Pokemon for nothing. having a Gardevoir lover is a blissful thing. it could or could not be associated with a Virgo.

i tried drawing her. and then i coloured her in.

it's not even gijinka, i think? because of some of the less human features. i love how her colours contrast, don't you think? the red and green. and this is a less graceful version of Gardevoir, i suppose, because of the hoodie, compared to the ballroom gown on the Pokemon.

i tried drawing Kirlia too but i got stuck here. it was actually inspired by the song "To Build A Home", the soundtrack of Step Up Rev.

i'll probably try drawing this again soon.

so the open house is over already, apparently. everyone was asking me "have any of your friends come?" so i got a little sad, and at one point there were tears gathered in my eyes. no one noticed, except for my little cousin Allysha. she's five.

i wore blue today. (;

i just thought of something, i think i should have used a scarf to represent the red gem on Gardevoir's chest instead of a necklace. a scarf or bandanna. i shall try drawing her again then.

maybe i'll be drawing more gijinka from now on. though i've tried drawing Absol but it didn't work out as i thought... the Gardevoir family seems really fun to draw though!

if you're wondering what is Gijinka, it's like human form of Pokemon, or any other anime which consist non-human characters.

i love Pokemon okay? i favour the Hoenn region, as i've said. but i still sayang the Kanto region, so so much.

blue tadpole is sick again. i thought so. he got caught in the rain while returning from work. he seems to be getting sick a lot, for all i've noticed.
