maven.

heidiho. ohidieh. currently i've nothing intelligent to share with you guys, so i'll just be sharing with you how my day went.

didn't go to school! head was throbbing non stop in the morning. i actually got frustrated at my alarm, the fact that it's a metal song not being of any help.

i'd thought of staying home for the whole day but then i remembered a library book which was due yesterday. thus forced myself to make a trip to the library. haiya.

went to Tampines' because i wanted to get a notebook, too. paid my fine and borrowed a book about overcoming fear before making my way to Urban Write to get the last of my quotes notebook collection!; "Last But Not Least".
such a beautiful family.

as well as two pink pens with beautiful ink. alas! when i went over to pay i realised that i'd totally forgotten to bring my Urban Write bag, so i had to ask for another.

i like how Tampines was bustling with adults and not many students. even the library was empty, deprived of students.

back at Pasir Ris, got myself steamed chicken rice from zee Ananas before taking bus back to Elias Mall to get a cuppa milk tea.
look how square it is!

did a little bit of Maths, and the arc radians topic is kind of okay, i guess. on the other hand i'm really irritated with the number patterns thing! gotta keep practising then.

aside from that, this what i just learnt that i wanna share with you guys;
Euphoria; extreme happiness.
Trepidation; extreme fear. [fact: Trivium indeed teaches many new words!]
Lividity; extreme anger.

let's do our best to widen our vocabulary, okay? mine is not very good too, actually. in terms of Bahasa Melayu, my frasa berbunga and pancaindera is good but not my kosa kata. yes, like that. *grins*

a long, long time ago, there lived a little girl. her mother said to her, "sometimes i find it more worthwhile to read dictionaries rather than novels." the little girl never took heed of her mother's words but looks like she is, now! the end.

find out more synonyms for common words, like salutation for a hello and valedictory for a goodbye. i just learnt the latter! the former i'd heard the spider use; from Charlotte's Web if you remember.

and you can check this out if you have a problem with American and British English. that link is not one of my old posts about the topic, but a Wiki page.

the title of this post, "maven", means someone who expertises in a field and is willing to pass on the knowledge to others. well i'm using it to mean someone who shares knowledge. not calling myself an expert now. in fact most of the stuff here are things that i just recently learnt.

gotta keep learning!

i'm still shocked that a particular person (she knows who she is) had to mention my English when reprimanding me about the clique matters. English aku tak bersalah sey! *laughs* o well.

i'll blog again if i feel like it. would like to continue with my studying right now. (;
 woah, the clouds are moving pretty fast today.
